“Honu” is the Hawaiian word for the sea turtle. The Honu have been on the earth for centuries. This incredible creature symbolizes many things, including endurance, wisdom, and guidance.
Sea turtles are very good at navigating; when lost, they will find their way back home. Some may say that a Honu shows up in their life as an “Aumakua” or spiritual guardian.
